Leaks and repairs
Dripping taps, running toilets, split pipes and failing valves. Most repairs are finished on the first visit.
Boilers and hot water
Servicing, repairs and replacement of gas, electric and tankless systems, with a reminder before the next service is due.
Bathroom fitting
Complete bathrooms from first fix to the last bead of silicone, with our own tiler and electrician.
Drains and sewer lines
Camera inspection, jetting and spot repairs, so we fix the cause instead of clearing the same blockage twice.
Heating systems
Radiators, in-floor heating, heat pump hot water and smart thermostats, sized for the house you actually live in.
Emergency callouts
Burst pipe, no heat, water where it should not be. A Harbourline plumber answers the phone at any hour.
About Harbourline
Two vans, six tradespeople, one phone number
Dale Whitcombe started Harbourline in 2009 with a second-hand van and a pager. Most of our work still arrives the same way it did then: a neighbour passes on the number.
We are a plumbing and heating contractor, not a call centre with a logo. The person who quotes your job is the person who turns up to do it, and if a repair is not worth doing we will tell you so before you pay for it.
Every plumber here is licensed in British Columbia and covered by our own liability insurance. We carry dust sheets, we take our boots off, and we put the furniture back.

What people say after the van has gone
Our boiler died on the coldest night of the year. Dale was here by eight the next morning, had hot water back by lunch, and the invoice matched the quote to the dollar.
They re-piped a hundred year old house without taking down a single wall that did not need to come down. Careful, tidy and straight with us the whole way through.
We manage eleven suites and Harbourline looks after all of them. They answer the phone at midnight, which is more than I can say for the last three companies.
